Applications are open to qualified candidates from all regions of Tanzania and beyond. Any applicant should consider the following issues during application:.
- All applications must be made through Central Admission System (CAS) under NACTVET administrators (https://www.nactvet.go.tz/). CAS provide application guidelines and eligibility criteria.
- Applicant can apply directly in the system or by sending required application materials to the institution admission desk for application assistance.
- For direct application, each applicant is responsible for ensuring his/her application is complete.
- CAS does not consider any additional materials or changes once an application has been submitted and verified.
- Applicants assume all costs for authenticating and verifying documents and information associated with their application.
- All applicants previously admitted but did not register in the admitted year, are required to re-submit a new completed application.
- Communication for admission status will be done to applicants who meet the admission requirements.
- Once an application is submitted and verified, the institute reserves the right to request the applicant during reporting to come in person with original certificates and other additional materials used during application for scrutinization.
- Continuing diploma students seek reapplication via Central Admission System (CAS) should request clearance letters from the Institute. Only students who have been discontinued from studies at the Institute will be eligible for clearance letters.
- The institute may at any time require applicants to provide satisfactory verification of the information and documents submitted as part of the application. If an applicant is unable to do so, the institute reserves the right to cease consideration of the application, to withdraw any offer of admission already made, and/or to terminate one’s status as a student. .

STEP 1. CHOOSE YOUR PROGRAMME:
- View your study options (Programmes).
- Check the programme Application closing dates.
STEP 2. START YOUR ADMISSION:

- Before you apply you will need, your up-to-date active personal email address
- Kindly select your most preferred Programme according to your qualifications.
- You can select up to 12 institutions/programmes.
- The Application Fees is Tshs.15,000/= per institution and maximum of Tshs.45,000/= for the rest of the choices (Non-refundable).
- You will be issued a Control Number for the payment of the Application Fees.
- The payment can be made through Mobile Money services or Bank.
